If you are using the Basic (Free) plan, you are not charged any amount. Therefore, no refund or cancellation is applicable for free users.
Once you purchase a paid plan (Pro or Premium), the service is activated immediately. Since digital services are instantly accessible and non-tangible:
❌ We do not offer refunds for any paid plans once the payment is successfully completed.
Users may stop using the service at any time, but no cancellation will result in a refund.
You can contact our support team to request account deactivation, but the plan amount will not be refunded.
If you've been wrongly charged, or made a duplicate payment, please contact us within 3 days with proof of payment.
After internal verification, valid cases will be refunded within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
Plan upgrades are allowed (e.g., from Pro to Premium).
In such cases, you may only be charged the difference.
No refund is provided if you downgrade or stop using features voluntarily.
